CS Kanishk Arora FCS, B.Com
CS Kanishk Arora (FCS, B.Com), associated with the profession of Company Secretaries for more than 10 years and is presently practicing as a Company Secretary and is the Founder of M/s. Kanishk Arora & Co.
Mr. Arora’s specialization is in handling complex assignments of Corporate Laws, Securities Law & Taxation Laws. He is regularly appearing before various Quasi Judicial Authorities and other regulators. His core area of specialisation also includes business/commercial negotiations and dispute resolution. His drafting skills are beyond excellence and have hands-on experience in drafting contracts, replies to notice, agreements, complaints and other corporate documents.
